Everyone involved benefits from a TMC project! Obviously the church or missionary The Master’s Craftsmen ministry is helping receives cost-effective construction services. They win because they accomplish a building project, they might not otherwise be able to afford. The team members benefit because they gain rewards that they can someday lay at Jesus’ feet. They also gain exposure to new places and cultures and develop relationships with people they may not otherwise have had opportunity to meet. The home church from which team members come also benefits because team members’ hearts are changed, and they become more involved in their own home church outreach.
